Pemex Gas has worked in the social responsability field since its beginnings, in 1992. The actions in industrial safety matter, our workers and their families health, employees training, environmental protection, work within the communities where the company operates, client allegiance, suppliers care and quality management have always beenpriority within the company.
In fact, several social responsibility elements are reflected in our corporate strategies, they are included within our business model and belong to our management culture. For example, every worker knows well that “in Pemex as our highest priority is the safety of our workes, our clients, our neighbors and the environment”.
On January 9, 2006, Petróleos Mexicanos commited itself to the World Agreeement, which comprises companies and organizations worried about the great collective challenges of the 21st century. Since then, with more desire than ever, Pemex Gas works with social responsibility and is guided by the ten basic principles from this Agreement.
